I bought a gift subscription and I am having difficulty redeeming it

If you have any issues when trying to redeem a gift subscription, please contact our customer services team via email at customerservice@thefragranceshop.co.uk with the following information and they will look to resolve this for you.

 

Please include the gift subscription code, the order number when purchased, or if bought in store, the name of the store and the date it was purchased on. If you are able to provide any screenshots of the error, you are encountering this may also help.
